          HENZ3-HR型電子式互感器校驗儀
           
            裝置的簡介:
              數字(光電式、電子式)互感器作為模擬世界到數字世界的橋梁,在數字化變電站中占有舉足輕重的地位,可以認為數字(光電式、電子式)互感器是數字化變電站的基石,所有的數字量都是來源于它。因此數字(光電式、電子式)互感器的準確精密度和性能非常重要。我國計量法規定所有的計量器具都必須得到量傳,也就是說所有的計量器具都必須能夠實現量值朔源。因此在實際應用中需要對數字(光電式、電子式)互感器進行量傳,在現場安裝使用后也需要對其進行定期校驗,驗證其測量精度和穩定性,以及對IEC61850國際電工標準協議和規約的支持的正確性。

              HENZ3-HR型電子式互感器校驗儀內核采用雙CPU架構,功能強大,以24Bit AD芯片和512倍過采樣技術大大擴展了帶寬,提高了測量精度。同時,采用多檔位自動切換和FIR濾波器提高動態范圍和信噪比。使用LabView開發管理軟件,界面美觀,使用方便。電源和采樣輸入采取了大量的電磁兼容措施,能夠適應復雜的現場測試環境。采用便攜式設計方案,方便實驗室和現場檢測。

              HENZ3-HR型電子式互感器校驗儀是我公司互感器研發中心研發生產的一款新型的電子式互感器校驗儀,校驗儀采用數據采集卡+工控機結構。數據采集卡采用高精度數據采集卡,配合 NI 公司的全新虛擬儀器界面設計軟件 LabView,基于 WINDOWS 操作系統,軟件界面友好,功能強大。適用于電子互感器模擬輸出和數字輸出的校驗和調試,可用于電子互感器基本準確度測試和復合誤差測試,是一款綜合功能的校驗儀。本裝置具有強大的軟件分析功能,可以直觀的顯示波形和各種有效數據,并具有數據存儲、離線分析等功能。

              HENZ3-HR型電子式互感器數字輸出校驗系統由:1)標準互感器、2)標準信號轉換裝置、3)標準A/D轉換器、4)同步信號發生裝置、5)誤差管理計算單元組成。HENZ3-HR型電子式互感器校驗儀儀器自身具備有第2)~第5)項的功能,它還具備模擬輸出校驗功能,是一款測試電子式互感器數字輸出和模擬輸出誤差的綜合測試儀。全自動智能型測試檢定校驗儀器(全自動智能型電子式互感器檢定校驗系統含工控計算機測控誤差管理軟件及主機與校準的測試硬件設備配置)。

          裝置使用操作的環境條件:
              本系統裝置滿足而且是專用于各電壓等級的數字(光電式、電子式)電壓(電流)互感器的試驗檢測及檢定校驗工作任務的。

          主要用途:
              對符合IEC61850(-9-1、-9-2、-9-2LE)標準的電子式互感器進行校驗;對電子式互感器的極性和延時進行校驗;對小信號輸出的電子式互感器進行校驗;對小信號輸入的合并單元進行校驗;可輸出兩路0.05級0~7V的精密電壓信號,無需升大電壓大電流即可;對小信號輸入的合并單元進行校驗(擴展精密標準源模塊);能夠輸出數字信號源(FT3格式),無需升大電壓大電流即可對支持FT3輸入的合并單元進行校驗。(擴展數字信號源模塊);能夠對FT3輸出的電子式互感器進行校驗(擴展FT3轉換模塊);能夠對傳統互感器進行校驗(擴展模擬信號轉換模塊)。

          主要特點:
             HENZ3-HR型電子式互感器校驗儀主要用于對符合IEC61850(-9-1、-9-2、-9-2LE)標準輸出的電子式互感器進行校驗。校驗項目包括:比值差、相位差、延時、極性等。同時配置有小信號輸入端子,可對小信號輸出的電子式互感器進行校驗以及對小信號輸入的合并單元進行校驗等。

          主要功能:
          1. 使用傳統互感器校驗裝置(BHE型)和Agilent 3458A數字多用表實現量值傳遞。
          2. 可使用內置的GPS或高穩定度的晶體輸出脈沖同步信號。
          3. 能對IEC61850(-9-1、-9-2、-9-2LE)的協議包進行全幀解析,自動分析ASDU個數,
          采樣點數等,可顯示所有通道波形圖,無需抓包即可直觀,查看所有通道數據。
          4. 具有ST/SC雙光纖以太網接口和雙RJ45以太網接口,提高可靠性,
          同時方便接入不同接口的電子式互感器。
          5. 階準同步算法使得非同步采樣的算法誤差逼近于零。
          6. 采用24Bit AD芯片和512倍過采樣技術,大大擴展帶寬提高精度。
          7. 采用多檔位自動切換和FIR濾波器提高動態范圍和降低信噪比。
          8. 實時顯示波形、頻率、幅度、相位等數據便于綜合分析互感器性能。
          9. 帶有工控機,800*600觸摸屏。更能方便操作。
          10. 配有功能強大,操作簡便的操作軟件,可運行于工控機或筆記本
          11. 可統計比值差及相位差的均值、變差、極值、多次誤差等數據,
          可對電子式互感器的穩定性及線性進行全面檢定。
